We’ve been thinking a lot about coffee stations for good reason. Did you know that I start every (and I do mean every) single day with a cup of coffee—two shots of espresso and hot steamed milk from my Nespresso machine? So naturally, I wanted to have the cutest coffee station at the cabin. Spoiler – we got a real espresso machine. Should I take up learning latte foam art? Read on to see it.
We are going to build it out around the corner and to the left of the fridge in what will eventually be the dining room. This is so hard to explain. Please take a look at the spot below before we demoed. I can’t believe how much we took out already.
I just can’t wait to slumber down the kitchen stairs, into the kitchen to pour myself my morning coffee, and then wander out into the rose garden. All that to say, make yourself a little joy like this. It’s so worth it. In the meantime, I am thrilled that 1,000 pounds of our bathroom tile from Fireclay will be delivered on Thursday. Do you remember our final selection of evergreen? It’s the inky dark gloss colorway on the right. We kick off the demo at the end of the month, and I can’t wait!
On another note, I know it’s still Summer, but with all of our cabin renovations happening, we’ve been thinking about how to best prepare for the Winter months. I’ve learned that it’s best to be prepared ahead of time and not scramble at the last minute. We had 28 foggy and failed windows in the cabin and found the perfect solution for short-term solution before we regaled them and the rainy weather came. Check out my entire overview, which is easy to find in the pocketbook for DIY Window Insulation.

I feel like y’all can do this!
The space has a rustic vibe mixed with intentional vintage accent pieces to create the perfect nook for your iced coffee creations. The indoor plants that add the perfect amount of greenery really solidified my desire to recreate the space. Let’s jump in!
Brass Grab Bar
First, I found this brass grab bar to hang any beautiful vintage pieces on instead of using cabinets. The bar’s brass finish complements rustic and vintage decor, adding an authentic, old-fashioned touch to the space.
Decorative Broom Brush
This decorative broom brush is the perfect accent piece to hang in your coffee bar nook. It’s made from natural materials and fits the rustic theme and adds an earthy, organic feel to the decor.
Dried Eucalyptus Bunch
Next, I found this dried eucalyptus bunch which can be super versatile in a coffee bar nook. The bunch can be displayed in a vase, hung on the brass grab bar, or incorporated into other arrangements in the space. Check out more dried florals here.

Espresso Machine

Swiss Cheese Plant
You know how much I love adding plants to my home decor. This Swiss cheese plant is the perfect plant for a coffee bar nook. You can hang it from the brass grab bar or place it on a shelf or counter- either way it is stunning!
